Eos 60 RS is a multi-functional and compact isodiametric tractor designed to work in the greens maintenance sector, between vineyard and orchard rows both on flat and hilly grounds.

The OS-Frame and the power steering acting on the front wheels ensure stability and adherence in any operating condition, even on slopes.

The standard manoeuvring brakes further reduce the turning radius for more agility between the rows.

The reversible driving position (optional) makes it possible to work in a practical and safe manner both with towed and front-mounted attachments.

The Eos 60 range is equipped with a Kohler 4-cylinder engine with direct injection which develops 49 hp.

Water cooled, it ensures high power with low consumption and a generous torque of 170 Nm @1500 rpm.

Counter-rotating masses of the engine reduce vibrations to the advantage of the heard noise and the higher operating comfort.

The air intake grille is also large to facilitate engine cooling.

The opening system of the tractor’s bonnet provides full access to the engine, facilitating routine maintenance operations.

Transmission.

The 24-speed synchronised gearbox (12 forward speeds + 12 reverse speeds with synchronized reverser) always allows right gear selection for the tasks for which the tractor is intended to, enabling fuel saving and an overall high operating quality.

The multidisc in oil bath clutch is significantly softer and better performing than conventional dry clutches.

The adoption of this type of hydraulic clutch, fitted within the transmission, results in a number of concrete advantages:

greater durability
absence of maintenance
maximum manoeuvrability thanks to the tractor’s more compact dimensions.

Chassis.

The Eos 60 is provided with the exclusive OS-Frame: the joint in the middle of the machine lets the front axle oscillate up to 15° with respect to the rear axle, stabilizing the tractor on rough ground.

The four-wheel drive allows absolute safety on every terrain, exploiting to the maximum the machine’s designed towing and security outfits.

Planetary reduction units on the front and rear axles increase the torque transmitted to the four wheels to enable the tractor to move over difficult terrain characterised by mud, sand or major differences in altitude.

Hydraulic system.

The hydraulic system is a dual circuit, powered by two independent pumps:

one pump controls the power steering and electro-hydraulic control (maximum flow rate 15,3 l/min),
the other pump controls the rear lift and the control valves (maximum flow rate 25,6 l/min).

The rear PTO is independent from the gearbox and synchronized with all progress speeds. PTO at 540 rpm can be engaged in a practical and safe way through an electro-hydraulic control.

The rear hydraulic lift by two external cylinders is set up with a cat. 1 three-point connection. Lifting arms are equipped with normal connections, quick couplers or quick couplers with hook angular lateral adjustment.

To ensure that the lift functions correctly, always check that the structural characteristics of the implements you intend to hitch to the tractor are suitable for the hitch itself. To avoid compromising regular operation of the lifting system, the weight of the implements must be less than the maximum load the lift can hold up.

Reserved to the driver.

The driving position is custom-fitted on the driver with ergonomic controls placed to be easily found and activated by the operator.

Available as an option, the reversible driver’s seat makes it possible to work professionally with the attachment positioned in front.

It takes just a few seconds to turn the operator’s module – composed of seat, steering wheel and dashboard – by 180° so as to work with extreme precision, quickly, comfortably and safely.

The reversible driving position becomes an essential ally working in vineyards and orchards, in the handling of material with fork-lift, in the cutting of fodder, in the green maintenance and in the clearing of snow.

The braking system with multi-disc wet brakes, the roll-bar and the safety belts on the seat assure the highest safety of operation in every conditions.
